Built in the early 80's, this home was sporting some funky and poorly executed "updates" but mostly just had a tired, dated look heaped upon a ton of crazy angles. New wood floors and baseboards were installed throughout the main areas including kitchen, dining and living areas, library and halls resulting in a more cohesive and calming vibe with fewer transitions for the eye to make. In addition to all new cabinets, hardware, appliances and materials, the kitchen was lightened up with new 4" LED ceiling cans and some wall removal. And a much-needed pantry was created by punching through to a closet in the library. The master bathroom, while small in stature, now touts a moody beauty that is both feminine and masculine!
